Return and Refund Policy - Original Artwork & Art Print
Due to the nature of the original artwork, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. We take great care in packaging and handling each piece to ensure it arrives safely. If an artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via email at info@aliciabenetatos.com.au

In certain situations, and at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or refund of original artwork. If this occurs, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Return and Refund Policy - Fine Art Prints

Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Since our art prints are made to order, we have a 24 hour cancellation or exchange policy. This means you must reach out within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes or request a cancellation. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Due to the custom nature of Fine Art Prints there is no exchange or refund once order has been processed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize and post the refund.
